They will sell you one thing and then send something much cheaper claiming some flowers may not be available in certain areas. This is bait and switch through and through! Don't waste you're money! I ordered a beautiful lily/rose bouquet for my mother who was just paralyzed and got a bouquet of a few roses and a bunch of carnations and daisies for nearly $100! I will never recommend or order from this company again!

I ordered a very expensive bouquet for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers on May 7. The flowers were delivered My 9 and started drying out and dying - literally - on Mother's Day. May 10. By May 11 over half of the bouquet died. And the rest of the flowers on their way toward dying completely. I want my money back now.

Using this website was easy and so convenient. My friends relative passed and I wanted to send my friend flowers same day via delivery. Same day service was offered and provided! My friend received her flowers within a few hours so that was awesome. She sent me a picture of flowers to thank me, but the vase wasn't the vase I picked out on website. Although I was looking forward to that vase, the flowers were LOVELY! Put a smile on my friends face.

The item I received looks nothing like what I paid for, it was a waste of $85 not to mention I paid a extra $15 to get it delivered before 1pm and it was delivered past that. I want a refund.

Consistently my flowers arrive on time and are just what I expected! I appreciate the conscientious efforts that goes into my orders especially during COVID-19.
I placed an order and next day they refunded my payment. I went to FTD and my order was filled the same day.
I spent over $125 on an arrangement for my Mother's birthday. She sent me a photo of the flowers and they were nothing like their online photo (smaller, fewer roses, different vase, etc). Yes, they were nice and my Mother was pleased but I was disappointed. It looked like a $60-$70 arrangement at best. For $125 I expected a certain "wow" factor that this arrangement did not provide. Next time, I will call the florist direct and NOT use an online broker.
I needed to get flowers delivered same day. Teleflora had a wonderful bouquet available for same day delivery. The flowers were actually delivered within a couple hours of order placement. The recipient was so thrilled with the beautiful bouquet. Thank you for making things easy and speedy.
I ordered bouquet for my daughter's 30 years birthday and flowers did not arrive as they called and said: We just NOW received your order.
I dont need to know the process, but I ordered it paying the extra $15 USD for the morning delivery. The representative said they can deliver afternoon only and even didn't say SORRY. I'm not happy at all. Would NEVER order again.
Do not trust this company.
Received my order so quickly. The arrangement was expertly assembled and looked beautiful. It was just what I needed.

I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
